Musarium began its journey into the research and development of innovative food ingredients and products of Thailand in 2019, initially aiming to rise up to the challenge posed by local farmers cultivating namwa bananas to maximise income and yield.

Having grown up in a family of farmers, I made the transition from my agricultural roots to a career as a food scientist, university lecturer, and researcher. With more than 15 years of experience in research and academia, I came to realize the potential of integrating these fields to drive Thailand's economy and reduce inequality among farmers. As a co-founder of Musarium, my goal is to collaborate with farmers, whom I consider to be the unsung heroes of our nation. My vision is to utilize advanced technology not to separate us from nature, but to bring people closer to it. At Musarium, our ultimate aim is to bring smiles to everyone's faces.
